Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Next Kitchen commercial storefront, equipment procurement, order fulfillment, and warranty services operated in partnership with Pure Support Sdn Bhd and D&S Exports.
1. General Overview & Commercial Scope
Next Kitchen (operating storefront at https://nextkitchen.com.my) specializes in industrial-grade foodservice machinery, commercial bakery equipment, and stainless steel kitchen fittings. These Terms and Conditions apply to all quotations, purchase orders, digital transactions, and logistics arrangements entered into between Next Kitchen and our clients (including commercial restaurateurs, bakeries, hotels, central commissaries, and corporate procurement agents).
By placing an order via our online checkout, submitting a corporate RFQ tender, or executing payment, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Quotations, Pricing & Currency
All prices quoted on the platform are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable statutory sales and service taxes (SST) where indicated. For heavy industrial equipment classified as "Price on Enquiry", official written quotations are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Next Kitchen reserves the right to adjust catalogue pricing without prior notice due to manufacturer updates, exchange rate fluctuations, or raw material costs prior to final order confirmation.
3. Payment Methods & Invoicing
We accept major Malaysian commercial payment rails:
- FPX Online Banking: Instant clearance via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, AmBank, Bank Islam, and other partner financial institutions.
- Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express processed via Stripe 256-bit encrypted checkout.
- Official Tax Invoices: An official digital Tax Invoice is automatically generated upon payment confirmation and delivered to your designated billing email.
Goods will only be dispatched or released from the Port Klang Central Warehouse upon full settlement and receipt of cleared funds.
4. Machinery Logistics & Delivery Terms
Delivery of commercial equipment is executed through our integrated logistics network, including Lalamove commercial freight vehicles matched to payload requirements (4x4 pickups, 1-Ton Lorries with hydraulic tailgates, and 3-Ton heavy trucks).
- Curbside / Loading Bay Delivery: Standard delivery entails ground-floor curbside or loading dock offloading. The buyer is responsible for internal movement, elevator clearances, and station positioning unless professional rigging was arranged prior to dispatch.
- Receiver Obligations: A designated representative must be present at the delivery location to inspect crating, verify piece counts, and execute the delivery receipt.
5. Electrical, Plumbing & Installation Requirements
Commercial kitchen machinery often requires dedicated high-voltage electrical circuits (e.g. 415V 3-phase power, 20A/30A industrial isolators) or specialized plumbing connections.
Next Kitchen is not liable for machinery failure, component burn-out, or warranty voidance arising from:
- Incorrect electrical phase connection (e.g. running 3-phase machinery on single-phase or reverse rotation of motors).
- Inadequate circuit breakers, lack of surge protection, or fluctuating line voltage.
- Improper water filtration or hard-water scale accumulation in steam and water-inlet equipment.
All electrical and plumbing hookups must be performed by certified, licensed trade technicians.
6. 1-Year Commercial Warranty
All new electrical and mechanical kitchen machinery supplied by Next Kitchen is backed by our 1-Year Commercial Machinery Warranty commencing from the date of verified delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in core mechanical drives, gearboxes, motors, and electrical contactors.
For complete warranty claim procedures, exclusions, and consumable guidelines, please refer to our dedicated Refund & Warranty Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Next Kitchen, Pure Support Sdn Bhd, and D&S Exports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of business profits, perishable inventory spoilage, culinary downtime, or business interruption resulting from machinery breakdown or delivery delays.
Our aggregate liability under any purchase order shall strictly not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific equipment unit in dispute.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
