Delivering heavy commercial machinery requires precision logistics. Next Kitchen operates directly from our Port Klang Central Warehouse (42000), utilizing an automated vehicle-matching engine in partnership with Lalamove.
1. Automated Vehicle Matching & Fleet Tiers
To protect machinery during transit and ensure safe offloading, our checkout freight engine automatically analyzes your equipment payload weight, dimensions, and crating type to assign the appropriate commercial transport vehicle:
Designed for compact commercial appliances: heavy-duty microwave ovens, countertop blenders, immersion mixers, pre-rinse faucets, and replacement parts.
Equipped with motorized hydraulic tailgates for safe offloading of 20L–40L planetary mixers, benchtop dough sheeters, meat mincers, and single-deck baking ovens.
Heavy-haul industrial freight for 60L–80L industrial planetary mixers, floor-standing reversible dough sheeters, and multi-piece bakery suites.

3. Site Access & Offloading Guidelines
To prevent equipment damage and transit delays, clients are advised of the following standard delivery conditions:
- Ground-Floor Dropoff: Standard freight includes ground-floor delivery to your restaurant curbside, hotel loading dock, or warehouse bay.
- Entryway & Doorway Clearance: It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that building doorways, elevator dimensions, and corridors accommodate the crated machine footprint prior to ordering.
- Special Rigging & Upper Floors: If your delivery requires hoisting, crane rigging, or stair transit, please notify our logistics coordinator in advance via order@nextkitchen.com.my to arrange a specialized moving assessment.
4. Self-Collection at Port Klang Warehouse
Clients who prefer to arrange their own company transport or commercial rigger may opt for Warehouse Self-Collection at:
